Social education worker Sandra Fietkau supports and guides individuals, groups and teams towards a successful and positive future. With her sensitivity towards people and an outside perspective on their problems, she works in the fields of supervision, coaching, facilitation and inclusion support. A corporate design is to be created for Sandra Fietkau that perfectly reflects both her work and her personality, and which will appear on her business cards, letterhead and website.
We are clear that we want to find a unique, individual solution, tailor-made for her. This means that colour, form, typography, visual language and text must be precisely coordinated to create a holistic synergy for Sandra Fietkau. The corporate design should convey a sense of humanity, warmth and security. After all, the feel-good factor – a sense of security – is crucial in her field of work to encourage people to open up to her. A cold, businesslike appearance would be inappropriate here.
Together with Sandra Fietkau, we develop a meaningful structure for the services she offers. We define specific areas and consider how to communicate her field – which can sometimes be difficult to grasp at first glance – in a coherent and easily understandable way. Through conversation, we get to know her better and better and try to visualise her unique working style precisely. A concept takes shape, which we present to her. A light, delicate yellow represents the hopeful colour that symbolises Sandra Fietkau. It forms the basis, depicted as a linear shape that creates a frame. Dynamic, amorphous shapes in red and blue represent the two fields in which she works. Blue represents the professional sphere, red the private sphere. Small and large dots in various shades of grey, which are closer together, further apart or even on the periphery, symbolise inclusion.
This is reflected in our choice of typefaces. The linear yet soft sans-serif FF Seria Sans is intended to reflect Sandra Fietkau’s clearly structured approach to her work. Alongside this, the serif-emphasised Linear-Antiqua Charter is used as an accent font and for quotations. It is very soft and human.
We develop the texts together with her, ensuring everything is clearly structured. We familiarise ourselves with the subject and gather information. Whilst accompanying her in her work, we take photos and capture the moments that make her work with people so successful.
Finally, we produce the desired media. The business card is printed on heavyweight, natural paper. Laminated with yellow paper, it features a yellow border. The format is square and eye-catching. We create the letterhead in both digital and printed versions.
We programme the website as a one-page site with a responsive design, so that it adapts just as aesthetically to a large screen as it does to a smartphone screen.
Our portfolio features another corporate design project that we have thoroughly enjoyed developing. This is where our strengths really shine.

“VISUELL took a great deal of time to understand what I do and why I do it. You can see that in the newly developed visual identity, which suits me perfectly and has been implemented very professionally. Working with VISUELL was brilliant, from the photo shoot and the consultation right through to the finished products.”
