VISUELL will participate in a tender by the General Customs Directorate in 2023. The theme: "75 years of German customs administration", an exhibition to be shown in the foyer of the Paul Löbe House of the German Bundestag in Berlin. The conceptual design and content development must take into account the possibility of a subsequent travelling exhibition.
The concept focuses on a modern, informative and vivid presentation with digital and multimedia elements. Ten modules in three key areas are designed to be easy to set up and dismantle, uncomplicated to transport and flexible to arrange in different rooms. The long-distance effect and the effect from a bird's eye view are important for the exhibition in the large foyer.
Life-size images of customs officers run through the exhibition as a common thread. They meet visitors at eye level and appear approachable and human. The interplay of solid materials paired with strong content, analogue and digital, interactive and presented with multimedia objects, results in a competent representation of the German customs administration and its indispensable contribution to Germany and Europe. VISUELL's scenographic design took third place among the entries.
