The exhibition project focuses on designing an interactive wall as part of the phased refurbishment of the Offenhausen Monastery Museum. The complex theme of “stud farms, pastures and agriculture – horse husbandry shapes the landscape” is to be presented in an informative and entertaining manner. VISUELL is responsible for the entire project management, from concept development through to commissioning.
VISUELL is developing the theme and background information in close collaboration with the project partners. We are developing educational, media and technical concepts, as well as the design of the interactive wall. Using our storyboards, we are progressively creating the illustrations, graphics and animations, and integrating photos and films. The targeted placement of touch sensors, along with adapted font sizes and contrasts, creates a family-friendly and accessible experience. The content is conveyed in a clear, playful and engaging manner.
An eye-catcher from afar yet understated in its effect, the wall does not compete with the museum’s historic architecture. The 3.3-metre high and 6.1-metre wide multi-sensory information wall is slightly angled to the right and left, giving viewers the feeling of being part of the panorama, of finding themselves in the landscape of the Swabian Alb. Even in standby mode, they can discover landmarks on the illustrated, printed image. The individual chapters are controlled via touch buttons and lead to further sub-levels. An ultra-short-throw projector ensures a bright, shadow-free projection.
Production, installation and commissioning of the exhibition take place in close collaboration with our long-standing service providers. VISUELL is realising this project with a holistic approach: thorough organisation in the run-up, ongoing construction supervision, sensitive management and seamless coordination of the various project partners. The result is an interactive world of experience that offers an immersive experience through sound, images and sensor technology, delighting visitors of all ages. Due to construction work in the outdoor area of the monastery church, the multi-sensory wall is temporarily installed at the Marbach State Stud.

“Thank you very much for the pleasant and results-oriented collaboration with such a professional team.
Working closely and harmoniously with the dedicated staff at VISUELL, we were able to create a dynamic information platform.”Klemens Betz
